Like any self-respecting Parisian, I'm crazy about fashion. and noble materials for this elegant bedroom.
Inspired by the rue Oberkampf, which is just a stone's throw from our building, I wanted to pay tribute to Baron Oberkampf, who invented the machine for weaving the famous toile de Jouy: the decor therefore revisits this fabric in a colourful, baroque atmosphere.

EXCELLENT Based on 76 reviews Posted on Tineke NelissenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dus ook een prima lokatie👍Posted on Franziska HeinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a lovely stay at „Chez Pépé Merle“. The Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the room („Oberkampf“) was cosy. The breakfast was delicious. The Arrondissement is less touristic then others. I really enjoyed the neighbourhood.Posted on Adam C.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I usually wait until the end of a trip to write a review—but this time, I simply couldn’t. Everything here is above and beyond, and I felt compelled to share my joy even before leaving. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The breakfast was a daily delight, with a beautiful table always set with fresh fruit, water, and thoughtful touches that made mornings feel special. The space itself is cozy and full of charm, with shelves of books and plenty of fascinating information about French culture, language, and history. It felt like more than just a place to sleep—it was a place to learn, relax, and feel inspired. The owner is exceptional: warm, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. She’s the kind of host who elevates your entire experience. I left feeling refreshed, enriched, and already dreaming of my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, culturally rich getaway.Posted on Alain SELLIERTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Mac GilbertTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Me, my wife and two teenage daughters had a lovely time at Chez Pépé Merle! Claire was a wonderful host. She immediately made us feel welcome, made sure we had anything we needed, and offered excellent suggestions and advice during our five-night stay. She got to know us and our likes, and her fresh breakfasts were delicious. We came during a hot time in Paris, so she made sure we always had plenty of cold water (still and sparkling!) and sodas in the refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean. Chez Pépé Merle is located in a non-touristy part of the 11th arrondissement, with a very close metro station around the corner, as well as many excellent dining options that cater to local Parisians and not just tourists. Behind an unassuming entryway and up some creaky stairs in a lovely old building, lies a hidden gem. If I was a local, I would take relaxing weekend getaways to Chez Pépé Merle whenever I could.Posted on Etienne DéchantTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recommande vivement!Posted on S HTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 。)Posted on Ernesto Müller-HaffnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top. Frühstück? Ein Gedicht. Atmosphäre? Wie bei guten Freunden. Kurz: Dieses B&B ist ein Schatzkästchen mit Herz. Wer nicht kommt, verpasst was.Posted on Andreas DittmarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Elise LiseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Expérience à renouveler le plus Expressément possible !!!
